TURNAROUND TIME

Please note unless stated otherwise all items/garments are made to order. Which means each piece is individually made by me and me alone, I require 4 weeks to construct each item - however I will ALWAYS try my best to ensure I keep it within that time frame. Please note that shipping is not included in that timeframe and all depends on the couier. If you need something to be made earlier please contact me via social medial or at littlebubboo@gmail.com and I might be able to assist.

REFUNDS

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Little Bubboo is NOT required to provide a refund for change of mind, incorrect sizing or selection. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace or refund items if they are defected or damaged or are significantly different from our item description.

In the case where a refund is requested you will be offered the option to exchange or for us to issue a store credit.

Items purchased on SALE or discounted are unfortunately not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

As all of our items are handmade to order, Little Bubboo does not accept exchanges and cannot refund for change of mind.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace / repair or issue a store credit for the items if they are defected or damaged or are significantly different from our item description.

Little Bubboo has the right to refuse any refund application if the item is deemed General Wear and Tear (stained, ripped, stretched, makeup marks etc) altered or purposely destroyed.

As each garment is created by hand there may be slight variations in the fabric as well as the placement of the patterns. This is considered to be intentional and not a fault.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES SHIPPING

Little Bubboo is not responsible for any shipping costs for returns or any lost packages. You will revive a tracking number via email to confirm your parcel has been posted, it is your own duty to follow up with your concerns. We recommend sending your item back with tracking.

Prior to returning your order please contact us at littlebubboo@gmail.com so we can send the returns form to include with your return.

We understand the importance of detail, and for that reason, we do our best to provide you with accurate images and descriptions of our products.

Every effort has been made to make this website as accurate as possible. Due to possible computer variations we cannot guarantee the appearance or colour of our products as they appear on your screen.
