Custom Mermaid Dress – Caitlyn
This is a fully custom, one-of-a-kind mermaid gown, designed with partial creative freedom to allow me to create the most beautiful, high-quality garment possible. The overall theme is Mermaid / OTT (over-the-top), with layers, shimmer, and dramatic details.
